ArgosVision is a pioneering startup leading innovation in the field of intelligent robotics with its panoramic 3D vision sensors. ArgosVue, our world-first 3D sensor providing a wide field of view akin to human vision, can simultaneously detect obstacles around robots and irregularities in road surfaces, enabling robots to navigate freely in various indoor and outdoor environments. Additionally, it recognizes full-body movements of individuals within 50 cm, facilitating smooth human-robot interaction.
Founded in 2020 by computer vision researchers from the Center for Integrated Smart Sensors(CISS), ArgosVision has quickly established itself as a leader in 3D vision AI. ArgosVision won the grand prize at the K-Global Startup Competition in 2021, and ArgosVue received the Innovation Award at CES 2023. In 2024, ArgosVision was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Deep Tech Incubator Project for Startup 1000+ and the Epoch Foundation's Garage+ Startup Global Program in Taiwan.
